Thoroughly enjoyed the room with a beautiful marble feature bathroom, my bed was very comfy. The location was stunning and the staff were extremely friendly. Plus it was in a good area.

Everything was good, including welcoming and pleasant staff. Rooms with large comfortable bed had a contemporary atmosphere. The location was great, very near to Ayr train station, it's a plus. Again, the hotel was minutes walk to St George's Hall Liverpool.
The staff - some of them were inexperienced.

Air conditioned tastefully decorated rooms, they are provided with a mini fridge and a smashing Breakfast. The hotel has a particularly good location, in restaurant for evening meal both unacceptably long. We would have stayed for longer.
Its brilliant, very central location was a plus. We got twin/double room and appreciated it.
